health is wealth



Let me start with this question: What is the point of earning money and working hard for a better future for yourself when you do not take care of your health?


If a sickness were to hit us out of the blue, our effort in saving money and working hard will be gone to waste. It pains me to say this but this is the truth that many of us need to hear. Our lifelong savings will be drained due to the medical fees, consultations, medicines etc. So, how do we prevent ourselves from being in such an unpleasant situation?


The only true answer is fitness. You don't need a personal trainer for a start. It begins from you. It starts from your commitment and dedication. We don't have to run 10km every day or do 100 pushups to be healthy. All it takes is just 10-15 minutes of simple exercises every day in our lives. If we can dedicate 10-15 minutes to watch TV or shows, why can't we commit such little time for the better of our health?
