Weight loss VS Time as header

Not eating our meals on time enables our metabolism to slow down - this makes it harder to lose weight , Digestion, Detoxification.
One of the main tips to lose weight is eating on time. It is indeed shocking because we tend to think that a proper diet and exercise are the crucial ways to decrease our weight. But, eating on time is as important as the others.

Why is it important?
Our digestive system is only activated during particular times which is known as our meal times. Meal times line us up with the rising and falling of nature’s energy and modulate our blood sugar. An interesting fact is that our blood sugar accompanies the sun’s movement. Our blood sugar rises in the morning so that we can be active. This is why it is said the breakfast is the most important meal as it gives us energy for the day. After our blood sugar rises in the morning, it slowly decreases in the afternoon and settles down in the evening. If we do not follow this pattern, we unknowingly fall into the hypoglycemic condition. This condition causes us to yearn for more sweet and rich foods. Thus, an irregular eating pattern imbalances our natural appetite.
3 factors on how eating on time benefits us
Metabolism Our metabolism is at its peak in the morning. We need to give our body energy to sustain the metabolic rate. As the day goes on, our metabolic rate slows down. Therefore, it is crucial to eat your dinner by 8pm for smooth digestion. It is not advisable to eat any later than that because our metabolic rate is at its lowest.
Digestion Eating on schedule keeps your digestive system in tip-top order. When we eat our meals irregularly, it will cause our stomach to bloat up and indigestion. This may cause discomfort which many of you may have experienced. Therefore, eating on time prevents overeating and improve our digestive health.
Detoxification Detoxification is performed by the liver. When we eat late night during our time of when we are supposed to be sleeping, it puts pressure on our body. It is because the process of detoxification is done by the liver during this timing. Therefore, we should not interrupt the process and eat on time. Furthermore, we may have a higher risk to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease if we have a distorted eating routine.

A tip on how to eat on time
Many of us are very busy in our daily lives. We are overloaded with work which causes us to have irregular meal timings. But, we must be in charge of our own health so that we can prevent complicated issues that we may face in the future. When we are engrossed in our work, we get detached from reality and neglect our health. This will enable us to forget to eat at times. However, there is a way to solve this problem. The solution is to set a timer about 5-10 minutes before our meal times. This will awake and shake us up to complete the action. Do set a few timers so that we can be annoyed and persuaded to get up and eat. It is effective to set a few timers because the sound of the timers may be very annoying and it will push us to just get it done and over with.
