Set your Goal Right

Many of us set unrealistic goals when we get pumped up to exercise. This results in our downfall because we become discouraged when we do not meet our expectations.
For example, we want to start running 10km at the beginning of our fitness journey. This is unrealistic because we have not gained the momentum to run such a long distance and may not have the stamina as well. So, when we set such goals, the reality is that we will get tired fast and we will not continue to workout the next day due to discouragement.
Before a baby starts to walk, it has to crawl first. Firstly, start brisk walking in the first two days. Secondly, start jogging slowly for 1km and gradually increase it by 1-2km every day. Everyone wants to be good at what they do but the truth is that we need time and practice to get where we want to be. It is important to accept that we are not there yet and be willing to dedicate our time to achieve what we want to.
I hope this blog is beneficial for you. Thank you so much for your support! All the Best and See you Soon.
