1. Set up a work space you love
Recently, we have been working from home due to the pandemic. Therefore, it is important to have a conducive working environment at home. It is a boost in our productivity when we work in a space that is suited to our interests and vibe. There are many videos on Youtube for us to design our work space so do check it out!
2. Have a routine
It is beneficial to have a consistent routine that we can follow in our daily lives. It promotes productivity in the 24 hours that we have in a day. By having a consistent routine and time allocation for our daily activities, we will have the discipline to avoid spending too much time in a specific activity. For example, when we don't have a fixed routine, there will be a higher chance where we waste too much of our time on Instagram, Facebook or Tiktok. I have got to admit, it is not easy. But, when we master this skill of Time Management, we will be the best version of ourselves.
3. Take breaks
By breaks, I don't mean scrolling through our social media feeds for 2 hours. Allocate some in the morning to go outside and get some fresh air and sunlight. It is easy to feel distressed when working from home.. Take a morning walk or ride your bicycles to get your blood pumping. It is proven through studies that going outside can improve our memory, help to fight depression and lower our blood pressure.
I hope this blog is beneficial for you. Thank you so much for reading! All the Best and See you Soon.
